Math Challenge — Mental Math Game
Math Challenge is a fast, fun mental math game for kids ages 8–14 and adults. Swipe to answer multiple-choice problems, build streaks, and watch the difficulty adapt to you — like flashcards that fight back.
What you practice
35 topics with real difficulty curves: times tables and multiplication, addition, subtraction, division, fractions, decimals, percentages, negative numbers, square roots, rounding, number bonds and more mental arithmetic skills.
The lesson ladder — 800+ illustrated lessons
Behind the game sits one ordered sequence of more than 800 hand-drawn lessons, from a five-year-old's first "one and one" through fractions, algebra, geometry and trigonometry to calculus, complex numbers, statistical inference and graph theory. Every lesson derives the idea before drilling it, and is written against the published school and pre-university syllabuses — GCSE, A-Level, the Digital SAT, Common Core, PSLE, O-Level, Singapore H1 and H2, AP Calculus and IB Mathematics. Five of the mappings are published line by line at /learn/syllabus-singapore-psle, -o-level, -sat, -gcse-higher and -h2. Graphing-calculator technique, Mechanics and Decision Mathematics are deliberately out of scope, and every question is multiple-choice.
Magic Tricks — mental math shortcuts
36 illustrated lessons that teach the why behind mental math shortcuts: multiply by 11 in your head, square numbers ending in 5, doubling and halving, percentage flips and other tricks — each with its own practice mode.
Free mental math guides
Read the guides, then practice the same skill in the app: mental math tricks for adding and multiplying in your head, how to learn the times tables without rote drilling, how fractions work — adding, subtracting, comparing and simplifying them — and how to work out percentages, including percentage change and discounts. The full library is all 36 mental math tricks, and why each one works, and they all start from the guides index. The lessons themselves are listed at every lesson in the ladder, counting to calculus, grouped by topic.
